When Anna and Patrik Johäll decided to realise their dream home in the heart of the Swedish nature, their ambition was to create an elegant retreat that not only reflected their love for minimalist design but also harmonised with the surroundings.
Together with the architectural firm Claesson Koivisto Rune, known for its seamless combination of functionality and aesthetics, they have created an experience that extends beyond a mere living environment, focusing on creating spaces that reflect the tranquillity and purity of the surrounding landscape.
For the couple, it was important that every part of their home would reflect the vision of a life in harmony with nature. With its sparse construction and subtle structure, the Hanging fabrics Day adds a sense of life and movement, while also reminiscent of the natural material linen. The sheer and transparent quality of the fabric allows light to flow freely through the home, providing a timeless aesthetic and bright atmosphere that harmonises with the open, minimalist spaces.
