Svensson welcomes Holland Gaas to the Group, strengthening its climate technology offering
4 November 2026 - Kinna, Sweden / Maasdijk, Netherlands
Svensson is proud to welcome Holland Gaas B.V. to the Svensson Group following its acquisition from BOAL Group.Together, we strengthen our offering in insect control and climate technologies for greenhouse cultivation. Holland Gaas has earned a strong reputation for insect netting systems that help growers protect crops from pests while maintaining effective greenhouse conditions.
By bringing together Holland Gaas’ expertise in netting systems with Svensson’s know-how and product portfolio, growers will gain access to a broader offering that supports crop protection, effective climate management and reduced production risk.
Holland Gaas will continue operating as it does today as part of the Svensson Group. During 2027, its commercial activities will be integrated into Svensson, while Holland Gaas will remain a production and innovation company focused on advancing netting technologies. Customers can expect continuity alongside new opportunities: existing products, expertise and relationships will remain in place, while the combined organization will gradually offer a broader range of technologies for crop protection, climate management and more effective greenhouse production.
“We are delighted to welcome Holland Gaas to the Svensson Group. This is a natural next step in expanding our climatetechnology offering. Holland Gaas brings unique expertise, strong products, talented people and a respected position built through innovation, quality and close relationships with growers and greenhouse builders. Together, we can create even greater value for growers around the world.”
